  1. All rates are based on per vehicle and per way basis.
  2. All rates are inclusive of fuel and driver. For overnight charter, meals & lodging for the driver shall be borne by the hirer. 
  3. All rates are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
  4. All rates are nett to bonafide travel agents and are non-commissionable.
  5. Subject to changes in fuel increase.
  6. Advance reservation is required. Confirmation is subject to availability.

  8. Any additional side trips or requests not confirmed in advance are subject to additional charges.
  9. It is a compulsory requirement under the Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia (MOTOC) for every tour vehicle to have a Licensed Tourist Guide onboard. It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide a Licensed Tourist Guide. Our vehicle will not perform the service and no refund will be due if this requirement is not fulfilled.
  10. This contract is confidential and should not be disclosed to any third parties for whatsoever purposes.
  11. If you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, a cancellation charge of 50% of tour fees will be imposed.
  12. No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has commenced or in respect of any accommodation ground transportation or any other services.
  13. The child rate is based on a child below or equal to 10 years old accompanied by 2 adults.
  14. We highly recommend all tour members to purchase accident, baggage, and general liability insurance to protect their travel plans.
  15. The organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of force majeure, hostilities, accident, or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizer which render it necessary in the organizer’s reasonable opinion that such steps be taken. The organizer shall be relieved from all liabilities and obligations resulting therefrom. The organizer assumes no responsibility of liability for any injury, damage, loss, or accident with any services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, strikes, government regulations, theft, failure of any means, discrepancies, or changes of which it has no control.
